Sometimes, all we need is a witness.
A gentle push in the right direction to bring our ideas to life. Too many people are living lives they didn’t choose, that they’re not enjoying, with no clue how to stop feeling “stuck”.
So we’re here to help individuals make that transition to living in alignment through business resources, divination practices, and coaching.
Witness in Color was created because after working at large companies that were top-heavy and treated their lower-level employees as expendable, it was hard to ignore the plethora of brilliant business ideas amongst our community that weren’t progressing. Whether it was because they didn’t know where to start or how to stay inspired, we felt more than prepared to step in and offer our support to keep the ball rolling! After transitioning to the start-up industry, what started as a resource for small business owners to develop Fortune 500 company-like growth strategies expanded into a vehicle for individuals to feel aligned with what they’re supposed to be doing in this life.
Looking at the palm tree as an example, every part of the plant has a purpose in ancient cultures. The fronds were used for house roofs, the oil for cooking, the coconuts for water, and beyond! This is how we view community - each individual having their specific role to play for the wellbeing of the whole. In other words, the whole is incomplete without individuals living aligned, colorful, and joyous lives. Palm trees stand tall and beautifully, having touched many parts of the world due to being desired by so many. With individuals understanding their purpose, our hope is that they, too, will be able to plug into their community feeling confident and aligned with their life’s purpose, ready to reach new heights.
The Founder
Janiece built Witness in Color for small business owners looking to take their brand and revenue to the next level. She supports her clients through the community care approach because no matter the industry, Janiece understands that at the core of any flourishing business is a strong, consistent, and engaged community.
After completing her studies at Northern Arizona University, she received a bachelor’s in Business Management and a certificate in Enterprise Systems. She went on to navigate management positions but found her stride in the small business industry, where her problem-solving skills were utilized to support those who truly needed it.
In time, her studies and destiny led her to solidify her role as a priestess within the African Traditional Religion, Ifa. We are proud to now offer clients spiritual insight on what’s keeping them from thriving in their business and personal lives, as well as transitional coaching services.
The community care Approach
We believe everyone came into this world with a unique talent, idea, business, or service to better the community. The whole isn’t complete without the individual living in alignment with their destiny, so our goal is to provide the tools needed to do just that.
You have to try. Your creative ideas are worthy of your trying.
